3. What Happens After You Submit a Request
Once your request is verified, we will:
- Delete your personal information from our systems and databases;
- Notify any third-party processors (such as Shopify, payment providers, or fulfillment partners) of your deletion request, to the extent required by law;
- Send you confirmation once your data has been deleted.
Processing time for deletion requests is typically 7–14 business days.
4. Information We Cannot Delete
We may retain certain data when necessary to:
- Complete open transactions or resolve billing disputes;
- Comply with legal or financial record-keeping obligations;
- Detect or prevent fraudulent activities;
- Comply with regulatory or governmental requirements.
Once these obligations are fulfilled, the data will be permanently deleted.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify acts as our data processor and securely stores your order and account information. If you have created an account with Shopify or used Shop Pay, you may also request data deletion directly from Shopify by visiting: https://privacy.shopify.com/en
