At Mint State Wear, every product is created in small batches as part of a limited release of 50 pieces. Each item is produced specifically for your order, handled with care, and shipped with quality in mind.
Processing Times

Standard Products: Processed and shipped within 7 business days of order confirmation.

Pre-Orders: Made-to-order items requiring additional production time. These ship within 20 business days of the estimated release date.
Business days exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We ship exclusively within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking numbers are provided via email once your package ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping within the United States is always free. Any promotional shipping updates will be announced on our website or social channels.
Domestic Shipping
Delivery times range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier availability. We currently ship only within the United States.
Delays
We work to meet all estimated timelines, but delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or supply-chain factors. If a pre-order is delayed by more than 20 business days beyond the estimated timeframe, you may request a full refund as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Mint State Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen items. For missing deliveries, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist you with claims if needed.
Order Changes
Due to the limited nature of our releases, once an order is confirmed it cannot be modified, canceled, or combined with other orders.
