At Mint State Wear, each product is created as part of a limited release of 50 pieces, produced in small batches and made specifically per order. Because of the made-to-order nature and limited availability of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as size, fit, or change of mind.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at help@mintstatewear.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement of the same item if available. You will not be required to return the defective item.
Pre-Orders & Production Time
Pre-order items are made-to-order and may require additional production time. The estimated fulfillment period for pre-orders is up to 20 business days from the date of order confirmation.
If a pre-order experiences a delay of more than 20 business days beyond the estimated ship window, you may request a full refund.
Final Sale Policy
All Mint State Wear products are part of limited-edition releases and are therefore considered Final Sale. Items cannot be returned or exchanged for non-defective reasons.
Under U.S. law, merchants may enforce “All Sales Are Final” policies when they are clearly communicated before purchase. This policy does not affect your rights regarding defective or damaged items.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Wear & Tear Disclaimer
Refunds will not be granted for normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or issues occurring after delivery.
