All Mint State Wear products are produced in limited batches of 50 pieces. Products are NOT individually numbered or serialized. Once a batch is sold out, it will not be restocked.
Colors and materials may appear differently depending on device display settings. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
All products are considered Final Sale due to their limited-release nature. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Final Sale policy.
4. Orders & Payments
Placing an order represents an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including payment authorization issues, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes or additional fees may apply depending on your location. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
5. Shipping & Pre-Orders
In-stock items typically ship within 7 business days. Pre-orders require up to 20 business days for production and fulfillment. If a pre-order is delayed more than 20 business days beyond the estimated timeframe, you may request a full refund.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as size, fit, or change of mind.
Refunds are issued only for:
- Verified manufacturing defects
- Damage incurred during shipping
- Pre-order delays exceeding 20 business days
